The infamous closet
This closet has been mentioned many times before, not so much on my
pages, but on the pages at Triad Technology Group. If you look close enough you'll
find some 386sx motherboards and well as a host of paddle cards with such useful items as
parallel and serial ports. Remember those jewels. I have another huge box of jump
that I have removed from this closet that I either need to throw away, post on an eBay
auction or give away is someone would take it off my hands. |

The inside of the cluttered computer
office
This shot is taken from standing in the door. The monitor on
the left hand side is connected to the new IBM IntelliStation and is more-less the main
work area. That's where I check Quicken every night to remind myself that we have no
funds...they've all been spent on computer equipment. |

Another crowded desk
This desk contain the monitors and keyboard for several machines.
The monitor on the left splits time between Barney and Fred while the screen on the
right is dedicated to BamBam. Fred is my Win NT Server and Barney is the new box
that will eventually be the home for Linux. BamBam is a Win98 machine, I think. |

More Junk
Typical of any computer room is a junk corner. Why am I saving all
of those PC Magazines. I think my holiday project will be to get rid of some of the these
magazines. I have full years of PC Mag dating to, should I say it, 1992 |

Another shot of of the main corner
I moved the chair out of the way for this shot. On the right
is Rubble, the IBM IntelliStation and on the left is Wilma. Wilma is a Win98 box
that hangs every time I reboot and is the machine that I use to update the Wakeolda web
pages. |
